 Providing a generous milk substitution list, an interior honestly and simply designed for those who fawn over a minimal aesthetic like myself and of course a great cup of Jo; Union Coffee has been my favorite Seattle find thus far. For just opening a month ago, I have to say, it's a job well done. This modest, loft-like coffee shop had me feeling content and right at home. I am enamored with the feeling of clean0 which is the only way I can describe Union's vibe. It was well worth the stop.
