Titlikum Place Cafe was a good choice, thanks to Yelp and Instagram! I'm pretty sure they are known for their delicious Dutch baby's because they are that GOOD. If you're showing visitors around the city or just playing tourist, this spot is super close to the Space Needle! Pretty convenient, if you ask me.
